5. Shipping and Delivery
• Orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 8 working days depending on product availability and delivery location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by customers.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• We accept exchanges only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 1 days of delivery via email at [help.lufers@gmail.com].
• Customized or discounted products may not be eligible for exchange unless damaged or defective.
