Refund Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:
* If the customer receives the wrong product
* If the product is defective or damaged
* Size-related issues(350 you have to pay for exchange if size issues)

Non-Exchangeable Items
* Items on  Stock clearance sale are non-exchangeable.
* Products that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.


Custom Items Policy
* Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
* If a custom item is received in a defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

No Returns or Refunds
* No returns or refunds after purchase.
* Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above
